How to Order

 

The best way to order from Fantasy Kids Parties is from our online, fun stop party shop, 24 hours a day!

We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal online.

Orders will be processed and dispatched upon receipt of order form and payment. If paying by electronic funds transfer, please notify us with your transaction receipt number. Goods paid via EFT/direct deposit will not be dispatched until payment has cleared. Please be aware this may take up to 7 working days.

Paypal is an instant payment service from your nominated bank account or pay with your credit card. (You don’t have to have a PayPal account to use this payment system.)

Shipping Information
*****Free Flat Rate Shipping for all orders over $150.00 storewide. (excluding bulky items) (only FLAT RATE is offered for FREE, Australia wide)******
Please note:  that standard delivery to outer Queensland areas, WA and Tasmania is approx 7-10 working business days!!!!!!!!
Pick up Service is available so please email or call 0418844959 to arrange a suitable time.  We are located in Tennyson, Adelaide, SA.
Pickup can only be made once a time has been confirmed!!
 
We reserve the right to choose the best shipping method for your order, which will depend on your order’s total weight and volume.
We have three shipping options; Standard Parcel Post Satchel, Australia Post Express and Courier Service.
1/ Standard Parcel Post Satchel: (500gram, 3kg and 5kg)
   Flat Rate:  $11.95 Standard Parcel Post  Satchel (tracking) Australia wide
   We do not deliver to PO Boxes!!!
 2/  Australia Express Post:  (Please note: Delivery can take 1-7 working days, as not all locations are in
    Australia Express Post guaranteed next day delivery areas!  We cannot control this).
    Flat Rate:  $24.95 Express Post  (tracking) Australia wide
   We do not deliver to PO Boxes!!!
 
    Bulky or oversized orders
    (If your order is larger in weight or size than these options, we will contact you and extra delivery costs may be charged). This applies to bulky orders, oversized items, remote delivery        locations or special shipping requests (such as Express Post for larger orders)
 
 3/  Courier Service:
      Please let us know if Courier is your preferred choice of delivery and we will invoice you accordingly.

Shipping Times
 Your items will be packaged within 2 working days of cleared payment and may take up to 7 working days to arrive depending on the size or location of  your  order. 
Western Australia, Northern Territory, Tasmania and rural areas can take 7 to 10 working business days.
If there are any unforeseen changes to our stock, you will be notified. Below is an approx timetable for delivery!

Once your party has left our premises and in the hands of Australia Post or the Courier Service, delivery times are then subject to Australia Post processing or the Courier Service. 
Please Note: If the delivery address you provide (for any of these delivery methods) is incorrect  or your parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will charge an extra postage fee to resend it! 
 
Loss or damage in transit is at your own risk
Fantasy Kids Parties does not accept responsibility for delivery times or loss or damage in transit , so please ensure you order your party with enough time for delivery and if you would like Insurance, please contact us and we will invoice you for the additional cost.
 
Refunds
 
Refunds or Replacements are only available at Fantasy Kids Parties discretion or for damaged or defective merchandise. Used products will not be refunded or replaced.
All refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or a gift certificate.
Returns are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping costs will not be refunded!
 
Stock
While every effort is made to keep stock on hand, some items may sell out, have been discontinued without our knowledge or on back order by our suppliers.
Sometimes due to demand with online shopping, a product may appear in stock as our system can take 1-2 days to update it's availability.
While we will endeavour to provide the items chosen, on occasion, when stock is not available or has been discontinued, we will replace with a similar product and you will be notified by email or phone.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice and all prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

We accept Bank Deposit/Bank Transfer and Paypal online.

FAQs
Q. How far in advance do I need to order my party goods?
A. Two to three weeks prior to the party date is ideal, however special circumstances can sometimes be accommodated, please email us.

Q. Can I alter my order once I have paid?
A. Yes you can. However once an order has been despatched, we cannot make any alterations. 

Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. Cancellations are possible prior to your party package being despatched but once your order is confirmed and despatched, cancellations cannot be made. Postage and handling fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Q. Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
A. No we do not. Your delivery address will need to be re-arranged so that your parcel goes to a standard residential or business address.

Q. Are all items on your website available and in stock?
A. Yes. However depending on demand some items may quickly become out of stock. If this occurs you will be notified and an alternative will be offered. 

Q. The item I want was on the site a few days ago but is not there now. Can I still get it?
A. Unfortunately no. If the item is no longer on the website, we don't have it in stock. However email us and we can let you know if the item will be back in stock again soon.

Q. I don't have a Paypal account, can I still buy using a credit card?
A. Yes. If you don't have a Paypal account you can still use a credit card to make the payment through the Paypal system.
